We are seeking a motivated candidate to lead our supply chain activities and support logistics and deliveries. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase high levels of responsibility, ownership, and to advance your career within the dynamic world of supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Manage End-to-End Order to Cash processes for Serbian customers, ensuring on-time order creation and delivery.
·  Utilize provided CRM tools for effective order management.
·  Track SKUs, substitutions, and shelf life within the company portfolio.
·  Generate necessary shipment and customs documents for customer satisfaction and export/import compliance.
·  Provide timely answers and solutions to inquiries from customers and different teams.
·  Develop strong relationships with various departments and build an extended network for effective problem-solving.
·  Liaise with Order Entry and Stock Allocation teams to verify purchase orders for timely deliveries.
·  Adhere to all company procedures and actively contribute to improving KPI goals.

Requirements:

·  Professional level of English.
·  Proficiency in Excel and experience with MS Office.
·  Service-minded with a keen eye for details.
·  Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines.
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
·  Solution-oriented approach.
·  Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.
·  Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
