Customer Experience Co-Op ( Role is for December 2022- December 2023)
Position Summary
The Customer Experience Co-Op supports collaborative tasks for customer Replenishment team. This role processes customer information to generate added value information to develop a high-quality relationship with supply chain driven customers and plays an internal role supporting sales growth and driving operational efficiencies while working collaboratively with Supply and Demand Planning and Customer Development.
Position Responsibilities
· Validate & execute orders for quality data including product files, SAP master & customer data, pricing discrepancies, order date alignment for truckload consolidation, etc.
· Direct contact to customer replenishment buyer. Establish and maintain a positive relationship in problem resolution. Work with Customer Service Manager to identify possible improvements to help leverage capabilities.
· Links closely with CPFR, demand planning and customer development to identifying gaps for seamless order execution.
· Ongoing reviews with Customer Development on upcoming promotions, critical stock issues, cut information on sales orders.
· Run SAP reports to identify incomplete sales orders, required data maintenance, sales volume, on-time adherence, etc.
· Utilize customer web-based information site for order tracking, order receipt, etc.
Challenges
· Participate in the execution (either pilot or full roll-out) of new reporting
· Manage high volume of information, multiple sources, and tools to process it
· Management of multiple of customers, shorter lead times, high volume, quick response, and higher customer expectations.
Education and experience:
· Undergraduate degree in Logistics or Business-related fields
· SAP Order Management Experience a plus
· APICS Certification or retail Supply Chain Certification a plus
Skills:
· Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Strong internal/external customer centric focus
· Good communication skills, written/oral
