Job description

Position: Customer Facing Specialist

Department: SC/供应链

Location: Shanghai/上海

  

Main Accountabilities:

  

1根据仓库订单情况,跟踪订单满足率,保证服务水平指标达成

2针对无法满足的订单,需要与计划,物流,销售与客户协调沟通弥补方案,减少订单损失,提升客户服务水平

3作为协调人整合各客户需求, 能够代表客户的角度, 提前预判当月订单进度以及库存风险, 合理管控库存与订单分配

4对于当月活动产品,需每日跟踪 MTD,库存,预警风险,以管理重点活动产品的库存满足率

5根据业务原则完成日常工作中的订单分配工作,并制作相关报表

6作为部门协调人,积极主动帮助内外部客户解决业务相关问题。

7精益内部流程,提出建设性意见,并制定合理的优化方案并追踪优化方案落地

8公司安排的其他任务

  

  

Qualifications

 1. 本科及以上学历,供应链管理,物流等相关专业

 2. 2年以上的订单库存管理,或客户服务工作经验,有快消品库存管理经验者优先

 3. 熟练操作SAP系统,熟练使用Office办公软件 (Excel, PPT)

 4. 具备较强的业务指导能力,数据分析能力,逻辑梳理能力,协调沟通能力
