职位名称 : 客户服务专员/Customer Service Specialist

部门 : 供应链

 

工作职责:

负责电商客户订单流程,包括订单管理、订单处理、订单流程跟踪、到货异常处理等工作,以客户订单满足为目标,提升供应链服务水平。

主要工作:

- 录入并处理客户订单,沟通客户需求并反馈供应链,提升客户订单满足率。

- 负责每日订单改单,完成订单跨仓操作,处理异常订单。

- 负责收集与整理承运商和收货仓的送货异常反馈,并沟通客户处理。

- 定期整理、汇总销售和订单数据,根据库存与销量情况,沟通安排满足订单送货。

- 协助特殊发运、临时改送等紧急订单流程追踪和满足。

- 支持团队可能需要合作完成的其他工作。

- 支持电商大促期间客户订单满足与销量达成。

 

工作要求:

- 大学本科以上学历,有1年以上客户服务或订单管理相关经验优先
- 熟悉使用Microsoft 办公软件:Excel/Word等

- 抗压能力强,良好的沟通协调能力,计划组织能力,执行力

- 较强的团队合作精神
