Job description
Job Overview/Job Description:
· Conduct job shadowing exercises with key field sales employees and head-office-based employees to document time spent per task or process
· Identify day-to-day pain points and process inefficiencies based on observations and interviews
· Come up with structured action plan, i.e. proposal (may involve simplification, standardization, automation of work etc) to address concerns
· Work with key stakeholders to execute plan
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree holder
· Amenable for a 6 month contract based role
· Must be willing to do field work from time time
· Knows how to use basic Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, etc)
· Crucial to have org leadership experience (at least project lead experience)
· Must-have skills: structured problem solving, interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, project management
