Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
· To generate sales of Unilever Food Solutions products and penetrate an assign territory at a profit and in a manner, that ensures the long-term viability and effectively manage (issue, monitor, control) the utilization of assets
· To generate sales and achieved agreed target of UFS products, increase product penetration both in targeted existing and new customers and building excellent business relationship at costumer level based on OTM (Operator Targeting Model)

JOB SUMMARY

PUSH
· Business building:

The achievement of the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and

or sales value.

Effective alignment regarding product availability in POS level with Pull team

Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at POS

Gather and provide competitive information to headquarters

Implement standard of UFS selling skill and chefmanship skill

· Availability:
Plan the routing to maximise time spent at POS
Check and act immediately on Out of Stock
Build excellent relationships at POS level
Check assortment and act on availability of our brands

Control FEFO & take necessary actions with responsible people at store level

Prospection based upon headquarters requests

· Visibility:

Ensure shelf space in line with Plano grams or fair share

Introduce innovations within the set timeframe and maximise visibility

Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands
Negotiate local actions in line with company policies

Evaluate and report the leverage of field budgets per POS

· Promotion:

Sell in promotions and negotiate best available promo locations

Implement the national key account agreements and report on the gaps per POS


PULL
· Grip:
Targeting the right operator
Able to identify size of opportunity of operator
Able to discover the potential customer

· Grab:

Creating demand: introducing our products with operator through recipes & menu

Sustaining demand: ensuring repeat purchase of our products by operator

Introducing new products (selling more) into the recipes & menu of operator

based on operator's needs

Increase penetration product at operators per OTM and specific channel

Maintain customers by doing regular visit and to develop territory and individual

account plans

Arrange and implement demonstrations (personal/group) to further capitalise on

the opportunities for Food solutions range presented by this activity.

Check and act immediately on Out of Stock

· Grow:

Growing the number of uses & applications of UFS products

through chefmanship skill & help the operator to build a bigger repertoire of dishes

Able to use marketing & merchandising support in line with operator needs

· Business building:
Achievement of the agreed sales target (KPI)

Effective alignment regarding product availability in POS level with Push team

Gather and provide competitive information at operator's level

K EY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent
· At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field
· Has passion for food
· Willing to work in South Luzon and anywhere in the Philippines
