LOCATION: Hefei
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for Order to Cash end to end process for DT customer
JOB SUMMARY
· Monitoring customer order uploading into UL system (SAP).
· Daily tracking order status, order casefill and loss reason.
· Handling customer daily inquiry and Logistics delivery issue.
· Customer credit information inquiry.
· Customer un-payment list preparation and sharing with Sales and CD Finance.
· Communication with Sales to pay in time and help customer to solve credit issue.
· Daily communication with CD Finance to do credit application and release related work.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· College degree above, 1 year working experience in customer service, logistics related areas preferred.
· Knowledge and information management: Microsoft office.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Passion for growth.
· Team commitment, Organization awareness.
