Job description
LOCATION: Beijing
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Support Key Customer order and issues during peak season
JOB SUMMARY
· Keep close contact and quick to resolve questions raised by customer
· Responsible for day to day KC order
· Daily track order status and coordination to achieve the customer case-fill target.
· Handle customer daily inquiry and delivery issue
· Provide reports to sales team (including capping balance report, stock report etc.)
· System related operation (SAP)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor degree or above
· Be patient;
· Good communication skills
· Can work 4-5 days per week for 6 months (prefer 5 days)
Computer (SAP, Excel, PPT skill);
