LOCATION: H efei

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

l Monitor service KPIs, analyze losses to identify issues and coordinate with counterparts to solve

JOB SUMMARY

l Operation of daily Customer orders;

l Monitor service KPIs, analyze losses to identify issues and coordinate with counterparts to solve;

l Handle queries or complaints from Customer, internal Depts.;

l Prepare reports & materials for regular review with Customer and internal Depts.;

l AR management: Customer payment offset and AR reports and meeting preparation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

l Bachelor degree or above and with internship experience is preferable;

l Be Stable, attentive, and responsible, able to work under pressure and with team work spirit;

l Good communication and interpersonal skills;

l Good Microsoft office skills (Excel & PPT) ;

l Good speaking & written English

l 4~5 working days per week and 6 months internship
