LOCATION: Guangzhou
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Monitor service KPIs, analyze losses to identify issues and coordinate with counterparts to solve
JOB SUMMARY
· Validate AP claim supporting
· Operate corresponding action in CCMS
· Follow up claim progress for pending claims
· Maintain master/hierarchy in CCMS
· Prepare useful reports to related function
· Hot line feature.
· Document claim voucher
· Assist in ad hoc assignment
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Junior College or above, major in Finance / Accounting or economics related.
· Finance working experience is preferred.
· SAP experience is preferred.
· Willing to work under pressure
· Basic reading & writing skill in English
· Quick learner, passion for growth and good team player
