Job Descriptions:

External Affairs/Government Relations

·  Stakeholder engagement: Build, maintain and enhance relationship with governmental organizations, regulatory bodies, industry associations.
·  Policy monitoring & advocacy: monitor changes in laws, regulations, and policies affecting Unilever’s (UL) businesses in Vietnam; collaborate with internal teams to analyze their impact on the company and develop appropriate responses and action plans.  
·  Coordinating with industry groups and organizations with complementary objectives to achieve common goals.
·  Represent our company at meetings, hearings and other relevant events to ensure our voice is heard and concerns are addressed. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, materials to effectively communicate company’s position and priorities to relevant stakeholders.
·  Regulatory compliance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions of applications, licenses, permits when needed.   
·  Creating communication vehicles to inform and support business leaders
·  Support to draft, prepare required documents, letters, agreement, contracts, report related to external affairs/government relations/partnership scope as per request.
·  Organize corporate events/activities/campaigns in cooperation with government partners.
·  Support in other external engagement activities as per request

Partnership:

·  Manage and facilitate strategic corporate partnership between Unilever and key governmental partners, external stakeholders to implement CSR programs focusing on improving people’s health and well-being (school children development, women empowerment, disease prevention, hygiene & sanitation etc). Engage and support brands to integrate with strategic partnership.

Administrative tasks

·  Track, monitor budget
·  Report consolidation
·  Events/meeting organization

Job Requirements

·  Bachelor degree, preferably in Corp Relation, international trade or relevant fields.
·  Good understanding and experience in Corporate and Government Affairs, working well with multi-stakeholders, cross-functional teams
·  Strong in social networking, partnership facilitation
·  Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
·  Well-organized, Work independently, strong ownership
·  Experience in logistics/Administrative tasks, budget controlling
