Corporate Affairs Support Manager – Business Continuity & Operations

Job description

Business operation and Cost Savings:

·  To coordinate with multiple external and internal stakeholders on multitude of issues with numerous governmental meetings on policy advocacy.
·  Manage timely and accurate quota submissions and license renewal, resulting in business savings. The incumbent will work closely with procurement and planning team to map out volume and strategically design quota management, maximizing Free Trade Agreements to advise procurement on cost savings for raw material and packing material.
·  Resolve day-to-day operational issues relating to license and ensure no impact to business and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will work closely with Import Export team to ensure documentation compliance.
·  The incumbent will be assigned to carry out all back-office operations, data management, manage filing in Sharepoint, track DIT submission, quota submission, policy advocacy progress, coordinate meetings with other departments, coordinate meetings with government incl. drafting official letter, prepare central database on global cascaded issues, key talking points.
·  The incumbent will manage function payment to vendors and manage timely payment operations to ensure non-disruption work.

Sustainable Business: Net Zero and Regenerative Agriculture:

·  Build corporate reputation as lead in sustainability with external stakeholders.
·  Monitor regulatory update related to net zero and regenerative agriculture to find savings opportunities and prevent cost to business i.e. carbon credit, tax savings from carbon reduction or regenerative agriculture or governmental fundings.
·  Work with Nutrition Team on regenerative agriculture to build governmental support and create recognition with external stakeholders.
·  Coordinate with factory, supply chain and other functions to map progress and achievement on net zero and regenerative agriculture.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, corporate governance, law, or other related fields.
·  Over 3 years' experience in corporate affairs.
·  Strong attention to detail and a preference for working with documentation and people.
·  Good command in both written and spoken English and Thai.
