Commercial Analyst - Sales

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

To be a key business partner for the Customer Delivery function and support the Finance Business Partners with the relevant financial reporting and insight.

JOB SUMMARY

Some of the key responsibilities include:

· Providing monthly a financial view on customer sales performance
· Working with the Finance Partner - Price and Promotion to ensure that trade spend is optimized
· Working with the Finance Partner - Joint Business Planning to ensure straight investments (BBT) are closely tracked, accurately accounted for and counter-parted. Support JBP Finance Partner in driving ROI assessment and improvement across BBT investments.
· Providing monthly financial view on a diverse set of business reports
· Becoming the key contact point to support financial enquiries, ad-hoc deep dives and decision support.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· A degree in Finance
· Experience in customer finance, internal and external financial reporting
· FMCG Sector experience preferable but open to Retail sector as well
· Advanced Excel skills to leverage diverse set of planning tools
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication skills with an ability to keep things clear and simple and provide clarity to all levels of the organisation
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
· Attention to detail
