Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst
Position Summary:
The Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst position requires the management of Wal-Mart's Store Shelf Replenishment at the SKU level using Retail Link's CPFR tools. This role will drive Supply Chain activities; help meet Customer Inventory Targets, and overall Sales goals. The external CPFR work optimizes Wal-Mart's Store Replenishment Process and it ultimately benefits Unilever's Supply Chain by generating a more accurate (baseline) customer forecast that can be used for internal planning. These activities require tight internal business linkages and communication is critical for success.
Position Responsibilities:
Optimize Wal-Mart's Store Replenishment process to meet Inventory and Sales objectives
Participate in weekly Consensus meetings with CBM and CPA to capture specific Wal-Mart planned event activities
Prioritize work load by using multiple internal and external reports effectively
Serve as a key member of monthly Joint Business Planning team (JBP) meetings
Manage projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain or Customer Replenishment efficiencies
Key Requirements:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Logistics or Business related fields
1-3 years of relevant Logistics/Planning experience
Operational Planning and Forecasting / Alliance and Relationship Management
Supply Chain Academy or APICS a plus
