Job Main Purpose

Responsible for controlling, tracking, and monitoring all imported shipments, clearance operation and payments.

Job Main Responsibilities:

· 
Control and track all Imported Shipments across all Egyptian Ports.

· 
Ensure all clearance agents are fulfilling KPIs of all clearance operations.

· 
Control and track all clearance payments through-out all its operations.

· 
Create trackers for all clearance shipments based on every category, to visualize all shipments and know every detail about the procedure until they arrive the warehouses.

· 
Manage and track all penalties paid, create loss tree based on reasons, and being responsible on sending the right communications to claim the refunds.

· 
Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

· 
University Engineering degree or Supply Chain & Logistics degree

· 
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar field

· 
Fluent in English

· 
Proficiency in MS Office applications

· 
Strong communication skills

· 
Strong stakeholder management
