Job description

Role & Responsibilities

·  Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
·  Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross- functional engagement and stakeholder management
·  Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, Ecov, B2B, assortment targets, etc.)
·  Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, visibility, and activation implementation on time in full.
·  Land Drugstore turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
·  Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within Mindanao Area


·  Bachelor's degree holder
·  Amenable for a 12 month contract based role with chance to be absorbed
·  Agile and willing to do daily field work in Tagum City
·  Has strong leadership skills, communication skills and customer relationship management
·  Strategic/critical thinking and has attention to detail
