WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

·  Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
·  Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross- functional engagement and stakeholder management
·  Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, Ecov, B2B, assortment targets, etc.)
·  Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, visibility, and activation implementation on time in full.
·  Land Drugstore turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
·  Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within Mindanao Area

Experiences & Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree
·  With 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales handling distributors/distributive trade
·  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
·  Strong background on Distributor Management
·  General Trade Expansion
·  Willing to be based in General Santos City and do heavy field work
·  Can drive and has a driver's license.
