Unilever Food Solutions Romania is looking for a Chain Account Executive to join in our team. The Chain Account Executive holds responsibility for both client retention as well as growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth.
Job Requirements:

Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
·
Highly motivated and achievement-driven professional with proven consultative sales experience to large multinational companies.
·
Capability of developing strong team relationships via interpersonal and communication skills
·
Responsiveness and resilient attitude
·
Knowledge of the HoReCa market and culinary skills.
·
Knowledge of the English language – Medium/Advanced and MS Office tools
·
Prior experience of min 3-5 years in a similar position
·
University Degree
Role and Responsibilities:
·
Carrying out regular visits to assigned clients and ensuring logistics and sales services.
·
The implementation of activities specially designed for the assigned customers with the aim of increasing the consumption of Unilever Food Solutions products and sales to them or their loyalty.
·
Performing product/recipe demonstrations in accordance with customer requirements and identified opportunities.
·
Identifying new opportunities for growth in the assigned clients and growth of the number of clients.
·
Regular participation in local and regional sales meetings, in accordance with the annual schedule: presentation of individual performances, sharing newly acquired knowledge with other team members, providing feedback on promotions, new products, etc.
