Job description

Responsibilities:

·  Build and land product roadmap of UL 1st Party Consumer data platforms (CDP). Take charge of 1st Party consumer data collection from omni-channels, ETL, tagging & business application.
·  Design and upgrade CDP & data tagging system to support consumer analysis, TA (Target audience) strategy and CRM programs.
·  Lead the implementation of CRM related tools, including and not limited to marketing automation tools, loyalty engines etc. to fit business needs.
·  Lead 1st Party data integration with 2nd or 3rd party platforms, such as Bytedance, Tencent or Ali data platforms. Explore and build data connection, privacy computing environment to support data fusion and data modeling. 
·  Work closely with cross-function team on CDP data applications, including consumer analysis, re-targeting, loyalty programs etc. Be responsible to maximize 1P data value with best practices.
·  Analyze business requirement; Identify, validate best fit technical data solution.
·  Source, evaluate and select proper vendors; manage vendors to ensure quality delivery to fit UL specific business needs.  
·  Research on new technologies to enhance the product from system efficiency and user experience side.
·  Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills: Be responsible to understand problems from the users’ point of view and translate into technical solutions and work plans with internal & external team.
·  Write technical reports summarizing development, validation and application of the technical analysis.

Requirement

·  Minimum MS Degree in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science or a comparable field of study with specialization in data analytics.
·  3-5 years of hands-on experience in CDP set up, programming. Statistical analysis, analytical algorithms development or modeling experience is preferred.
·  Working knowledge of programming in Python, JAVA. And good knowledge with difference open dev platforms (Taobao, WeChat, OceanEnginee, JD, etc.)
·  Experience with serval database in big data structure, included SQL, RDS, MongoDB, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.
·  Understanding of structured and unstructured data design/modeling.
·  Experience in integrating data from multiple sources, building ETL pipelines, and other data wrangling tools in big data environments.
·  Ability to analyze, optimize and debug scientific code.
·  Strong problem-solving and project management skills
·  English reading and writing skills.
