POSITION: CD Planning & Operation Admin Trainee
DEPARTMENT: Customer Development
LOCATION: Vientiane Capital, Laos
Position Overview
The candidate is responsible for the provision of all administrative support for Customer Strategy and Planning & CD Operation functions in a professional and confidential manner and supporting the requested reports with efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
· To precisely check the Debit Note & Tax detail in email and confirm back to Distributors with the accurate and timely manners.
· To collect Debit Note/Invoice from Distributors then further get signoff with leaders and submit to Finance within timeline.
· To do report as requested.
· To help separating the bill received from salesman/Champa lady for pricing action preparation.
· To collect data from each area to support slow moving SKUs clearance.
Skill & Qualifications
· Fresh graduate in Business Administration or any related field.
· Detail-oriented and self-organized traits
· Communication and Management skills
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
