Job Scope:
Responsible for all category function and sales channel related activities. To work closely with the SC, Finance, Sales & Shopper Marketing teams in the relevant categories, to assist in the implementation of all category plans into category action plans and schemes and provide high quality response / inputs to the Sales operations team to achieve targets in a cost-effective manner.

Roles & Responsibilities
· DSR Meeting: Before the meeting briefs 1E on month consumption and highlights likely shortages/overconsumptions. After the meeting update plan based on stock risk, communicates to SM on activities and cd ops.
· NRP Alignment: Align the co-packing schedule and quantities with supply chain team before month starts and ensure stocks will be landing to all market on time in full.
· Send monthly KQ compliance tracker to identify actual co-packing vs plan & any possible cop savings.
· Follow up actualization of APs (WS, Business waste, Drive, GT, Freeze) by category end of every month.
· Circulate innovation tracker for Gulf monthly.
· Innovation: Collect key inputs for volume buildup (coverage, outlet distribution, planograms accuracy), Issue listing brief to sales team, ensure listing samples and selling stock are delivered on time, Monitor listing progress with each cluster/market, 0 sales analysis
· Promo planning: Raise CPP APs based on ARM alignment, Monitors consumption and flags off overconsumption by clusters, follows up on creations of new promo codes and lead time to land new promos, follows up on creations of new promo codes and lead time to land new promos, enables plan to happen by fixing AP/Sales Deals with finance
· ARM: Data drill down and supporting files preparation
· Category Growth: Daily monitoring of sales and competition activity, maintain updated tracking files and prepares ad hoc data download for specific queries, Consumptions by country and channel to highlight hotspots, follows up on corrective actions
· Business Waste: Ensure plans are executed according to mechanics, highlights progress, verify accuracy of data, AP raising (by category) and actualization

Role requirements:
1-2 Years of Sales experience
1-2 Years of Sales Analytical experience
