Responsible for landing Innovations for the North American Ice Cream Category
Represents Procurement as point of contact for internal business partners and external suppliers for all category innovation projects
Assists with cost savings projects (VIP) or initiatives to ensure category targets are achieved
Works with project cross functional teams to deliver innovation & renovation projects On-Time / In-Full (OTIF)
Operational role requiring strong project management, planning and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and operate flexibly within demanding time frames

You’re a strategy guru: In addition to managing projects, you will have to help develop strategies for the category which will have lasting impacts in the future
You’re a dot connection: You will be a strong link to internal support functions (Procurement- Buyers, R&D, SC Planning, Brand, Quality) to ensure the progressions of material flow, transitions, and inventory management, also link to external teams as Suppliers and 3PM Manufacturing locations. And you will be responsible in troubleshooting, identifying process efficiencies, and overall material excellence.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree required (Preferred in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or Sciences)
1-2 years general business experience in any Supply Chain function strongly preferred (Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Management, Planning)
Strong analytical, communication and numeracy skills required
Strong project management skills required
