Job description
This role will support the delivery of objective insights to drive category solutions focused on accelerating Hair Care Category growth at Target. Supporting the Hair Care Category Captain, you will partner at multiple levels within Target & Unilever to develop, plan, and coordinate “best in class” category strategies for Hair Care Category. This position is responsible for assisting with the execution of Category Management foundations throughout the organization and across the Beauty Division at Target. As Target continues to elevate their position in the marketplace, this position will play a critical role in unlocking white space opportunities and driving growth.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred with 2+ years of experience in Category Management, Customer Management, Insights or Sales Strategy
·
CPG Experience required, Target experience preferred
·
Extensive knowledge of syndicated data sources (Circana, ACNielsen, Household Panel, Loyalty Card Data, Numerator)
·
Deep understanding of Retailer (Target Corp. preferred) Assortment Discipline/Assortment Precision & Modular execution processes
·
Strong analytical interpretation, problem solving and influencing skills
·
Expertise in linking analytics via traditional data sources with cutting edge capabilities and tools to develop insights into action
·
Understanding of Guest Insights and how to identify future opportunity spaces
·
Proven people management experience
·
Excellent planning, analytical, communication skills required; Strong PowerPoint, Excel and presentation skills
Pay : The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $102,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
