Category Execution Executive – Process Excellence (Fixed Term Contract)

Main Responsibilities:

·  Works with cross functional teams to understand the different processes involving Category Execution Group (CEG). Understand the issues and opportunities and find the optimal process for standardization.
·  Drives the execution of the agreed process in different Customer Development (sales) teams.
·  Provides insights, audit proofing and correcting mistakes/building improvements on operations and processes.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
·  Must be amenable for a 8 to 12 months Fixed Term Contract
·  Experience in process management/project management
·  1 to 2 years in category management and operations
·  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
·  Strategy / Critical Thinking and attention to detail
·  Data Driven with proficiency in MS Excel
·  Customer Business Development / Sales experience is a plus
