Job Main Scope:

The Business Integrity Coordinator will provide support to the Business Integrity Officer NALI & Arabia in executing and overseeing Unilever’s Compliance Program with focus on the prevention, detection and remediation measures of internal policies, corruption, fraud, money-laundering, privacy and antitrust.

Job Responsibilities

· 
Oversee the mechanisms implemented to prevent and detect violations of Unilever’s compliance program in the region.

· 
Promote and enforce a culture of ethics and compliance in accordance with the Unilever´s Code of Business Principles, and Compliance Program, regulatory guidelines, among others.

· 
Carry out training sessions to increase Code Awareness, and global trainings.

· 
Support the Compliance team in the creation and update of the presentations and training materials required in different forums.

· 
Participate in the investigations procedures from complaints received and assigned by the Business Integrity Officer.

· 
Escalating matters to the Business Integrity Officer due to their significance and where defined as reportable

· 
Ensure consistent and timely implementation of relevant individual sanctions by HR and line management, and any further corrective measures including asset recovery.

· 
Support the BIO to ensure individuals who report Code breaches or assist with investigations are properly protected from retaliation and that confidentiality is maintained

· 
Ensuring that well-functioning reporting channels / infrastructure are available

· 
Assist in the compliance third party risks management.

· 
Monitor, identify, audit, and assess potential compliance risks, and recommending corrective action to mitigate risk.

· 
Assist in drafting, reviewing and revision reports, training and remedial actions implemented by Unilever.

· 
Prepare reports to the Business Integrity Officer in connection with the status of compliance of each of the entities in the region.

Job Requirements and Skills:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant university major

· 
Years of experience: minimum 2 years

· 
Proven previous experience in a similar scope

· 
Strong analytic skills and learning agility

· 
Strong work ethic and respect for corporate strategy and guidelines,

· 
High resilience and determination

· 
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· 
Fluent in English (verbal and written)

· 
Solid influencing and interpersonal skills in matrix organization

· 
good problem-solving skills and logical thinking

· 
High level of ethical behavior and integrity, combined with the strength of character needed to uphold and reinforce these values within an organizational setting
