BRAND MANAGER KNORR PROFESSIONAL D-A-CH (m/f)
Location: HEILBRONN (Germany) or VIENNA (Austria) or THAYNGEN (Switzerland)
As Brand Manager Knorr Professional , you report to the Marketing Director DACH and you are responsible for the development of the local Knorr Professional Product Portfolio in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) . Your target is to deliver turnover growth via penetration of new operators and building loyalty. On an ongoing basis, you define and execute the long term strategy and short and midterm tactical plans.
Your main accountabilities
· Build on category, channel, operator and local market understanding to generate insights and foresights as input for the definition, implementation and steering of DACH strategic and tactical plans.
· Lead the execution of the annual, ongoing annual Commercial Planning Process for Knorr Professional within DACH.
· Monitor the development of the Knorr Professional Portfolio against targets set.
· Define the best Operator Journey for Knorr Professional in close alignment with local, regional and global stakeholders.
· Lead all local brand building activities for Knorr Professional and co-define the best Portfolio Solution for Knorr Professional for the short (1 year), mid (2 year) and long term (>2 years) on a local level (DACH) and align this input with Regional cq. Global Stakeholders.
Your skills, experience & vision
· Marketing Degree on University level
· Minimum of 2 years recent working experience in Brand activation roles within the Food Industry, on a local or regional level
· Project Management skills with proven results
· Strong Communication and Presentation skills
· Strong business acumen: High comfort with details, numbers and tracking
· Passion for food
· Affinity and experience with ‚new‘ media
· Keen on networking and able to sustainably build a network of stakeholders (internal/external)
· An intense competitive spirit and a desire to win in the market
· A willingness to take calculated risks, divert from the road well-travelled and create new and bigger opportunities
· Culturally sensitive
· Fluent in English and German
· Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice (20%-40%) within DACH.
