JOB TITLE:  Beauty & Wellbeing Customer Strategy and Planning Executive (Fixed Term Contract)

JOB LOCATION: BGC, Taguig City

ROLE TYPE:   Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE

Customer Strategy and Planning delivers brand/category commercial targets by creating channel-fit trade deployment strategy and plans coming from national brand strategies and projects, including innovations, campaigns, and transitions. This role ensures that each channel has a clear execution blueprint across the 6Ps to bring our brand and category strategies to life instore. 

It is a highly collaborative role, at the heart of company operations, that brings together brand, Integrated Planning (Supply Chain), CBD (Sales), and Finance.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Translate brand campaigns into trade execution plans that drive conversion and grow total category.
·  Develop and deploy competitive category commercial strategy and plans that will land right shopper-fit assortment, visibility and merchandising, promotion and pricing to drive conversion.
·  Define right investment model to deliver competitive and profitable business results.
·  Collaborates with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda internally in Unilever for brands in-scope.
·  Key targets: business growth, investment efficiency, in-store execution.

·  Curious about the unknown and finds proactive ways to learn and upskill, unlock new ways of doing things or new approaches to old processes to lead to pioneering executions.
·  Business acumen and ownership mindset: understands key levers to deliver business results and takes ownership of results.
·  Project Management and Communication skills: able to manage project networks, can clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners to land projects and shared objectives OTIF.
·  Strategic influencing: able to drive category agenda with different high-level stakeholders and partners to deliver business objectives.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / BACKGROUND

·  With 1 to 2 years of experience in handling Category management, Shopper channel marketing and/or Trade Marketing
·  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
·  Must be amenable for a 6 months Fixed Term Contract role
·  Digital/Dcommerce marketing is a plus
·  Familiar with data analytics tools and dashboards
·  Industry background: beauty and personal care, FMCG, retail
