BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Automation Executive is responsible in automation-related projects and systems enhancement under the Customer Development team. This role will be troubleshooting issues on portals, dashboards, and reports.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

· 
Monitoring dashboards and portals for ETOP, OSA/NPI

· 
Monitoring, reporting and reconciling budgets of the CEG team

· 
Monitoring and reporting activities of the CEG team

· 
Creating a survey portal for the Channels team

· 
Automating emails for the entire CD team such as monthly trade deal availments and statement of accounts
