Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
·
Co-ordinate with various internal and external stakeholders/parties to gather and cleanse the data/reports.
·
Based on the data and reports, support in comprehensive analysis of our value chain, including raw materials, manufacturing, distribution, and customer channels.
·
Utilize analytical tools, techniques, and wider external expertise to extract insights and trends to support decision-making and identify improvement areas.
·
Develop deep insights on current and emerging production technologies deployed at each stage of the value chain that can drive efficiency and innovation.
·
Support to identify areas of inefficiency, cost drivers, and potential opportunities for intervention and improvement.
·
Participate in building the business case documents and presentations.
·
Co-ordinate in engagements with cross-functional teams, throughout Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D and Marketing to align the value chain transformation program and each initiative within the program.
·
Co-ordinate and operationalize the governance on overall program, specific projects and deliver the core objectives on savings and value.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·
Preferred over 2-3 years’ experience in Engineering or Procurement or Research and Development roles either in Unilever / FMCG industry or Chemicals industry.
·
Bachelors in Engineering (Preferred Chemicals or Mechanical or Packaging).
·
High degree of flexibility and ability to quickly understand new topics.
·
The candidate must have the ability to meet rigorous deadlines, pro-actively resolve issues, and manage stakeholders across various levels of the business.
·
Ability to gather data from multiple sources and organize it for further analysis.
