Main Responsibilities
· Become the Supply Chain business partner for customers and build the ability to put yourself in both business and customer perspectives, resulting in win-win situations.
· Become a part of a high-energy team of dCommerce, blending in a highly fast-paced environment.
· Gain a holistic visibility of supply chain dCommerce: plan-order-deliver-cash
· Build expertise in execution and operational excellence
· Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external
Main responsibility is to execute seamless dCommerce order to cash and improve service level through:
· Managing orders to be delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) with close communication with customers
· Collaborating with Customer Development (CD) team to manage sales achievement and operational excellence
· Collaborating with Customer Service Operations team for smooth order management: order entry, order validation, allocation and shipment planning
· Collaborating with Planning team to gain insight on stock availability and maximize fulfillment
· Collaborating with logistics team for seamless delivery and inbound process
· Collaborating with Bill to Cash team for smooth billing to cash collection
· Proactive master data alignment with customers
· Rolling out dCommerce digitalization projects to customers
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
· Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields
· Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain or Ecommerce experience
· Agile, proactive and curious
· Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Stakeholder management
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Strong commitment and results-oriented
· Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
