THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE…
The Associate Business Development Manager position is required to provide analytical support on Unilever International’s business at the distributor and retail customer accounts. The position is responsible for proactively analyzing and reviewing information on current business, identifying opportunities or potential problems within information being analyzed and other tasks as assigned. The position also entails updating and communication of sales and trade spend to all key Unilever personnel.

Prospecting: Leading, mapping and developing business opportunities in US accounts across sales channels (e.g. US Club Retailers & National/Regional grocery chains) directly interacting with Retailer Customers or internal CD Teams

Customer, Distributor and Operations Management: Ensuring alignment with Category team on end-to-end NPDs and launches, seamless end-to-end account management and supply chain support. Developing insights through in-market analysis of Club and Grocery customers and provide recommendations.

Trade Marketing: Establishing launch activities plan and ensuring brand alignment. Leading customer sales teams and equipping them with sales materials. Collating and analyzing in-country sales and category management data

Tracking and Monitoring Performance: Tracking and managing of key business metrics and KPIs across marketing and trade activities. Developing business plans and setting targets for customers.

Stakeholder Management: Leading and aligning cross functional teams to effectively manage projects. Collaborating with local OpCo for synergies.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of relevant experience including analytical experience demonstrating knowledge of customer, data, systems and ability to analyze info and trends to make recommendations required.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
