Job description
Position Overview
This role will support Omni-channel SMM manager to build a winning omni channel customer/shopper marketing solutions for Knorr category and designated brands, including ideation, implementation toolkits, selling story and big events. Manages the execution of designed market activation programs and actions within offline&O2O channels; supports the translation of brand plans into effective market activation; assists in partnering with stakeholders to increase market activation; supports successful activation of programs and initiatives to achieve targeted value and growth objectives.
Position Responsibilities
1. Plan channel shopper marketing activities
• Generate powerful shopper insights of responsible category and customers
• Lock annual shopper marketing calendar and with sales team and customers.
• Plan 360 shopper marketing activities through whole path to purchase
• Design activities’ KV, theme, mechanism and got alignment and support from Sales and CCD team.
• Build omni-channel connection communication in each activity.
2. Land shopper marketing activities in responsible customers
• Ensure all activities meet sales, ROI, omni connection and other KPI.
• Closely corporation with relevant Sales teams to lock DM, scope, mechanism and POSM.
• Organize logistic with ISV team to ensure on-time material delivery with quality.
• ROI control of each activity and manage agencies.
3. Propose issue and opportunity to responsible customers
• Conduct data analysis and provide feasible recommendations and review based on insights and activities.
• Communicate with customer to deliver the business evaluation.
• Provide ad hoc service based on customer requirement
• Share best practice internally.
Job Requirements:
- FMCG Trade marketing experience/SMM or Key Account management experience at least 3 years;
- Key Account management experience and EC/O2O experience are plus
- Creative, proactive and open-minded;
- Logical thinking with strong analytic power (data sensitivity);
- Presentation skill, communication skill, conflict management;
- Fluent at spoken English and English writing.
