We are looking for Assistant Production Manager to work in Unilever HPC Factory located in Konya.

JOB SUMMARY

· Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost
· Monitor and manage line planning and semi-finished good production to reach targets
· Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently
· Participate in cross functional innovation project teams to organize product trials
· Lead new equipment commissioning and start-up stages
· Lead Autonomous Maintenance activities in production lines to improve performance with WCM and involve in training activities of blue-collar workers
· Ensure that all activities in the department are in line with Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety and work place safety requirements
· Prepare various production reports

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· University degree in Engineering Departments
· Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
· Fluent in English
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
