Achieve business goals of JD-Ice Cream
•sustainably deliver sales target, based on healthy financial picture and channel price.
•Manage monthly S&OP process, Demand Planning FCST, work with and fully manage customer for monthly business delivery;
•Engage customer-JD to negotiate resources for activity landing
•Own channel promotion costs and margin to optimize ROI and accretive online P&L
•Communicate with multiple internal cross functions to for demand planning, daily operation and marketing support.
任职条件
•eCommerce related experience
-Sales/Trade marketing preferred
-Platform or TP Company background is a plus
•Strong customer management background/ skill
-Own experience interfacing JD(Self-owned) business with professionality
-experience of Big campaign:Super Brand Day/PlusDay/Super NPD Day etc.
•Quick learning skill and excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;
•Bachelor degree or above, skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint
