Job Title: Assistant HRBP
Salary: Circa £36,000 per annum plus Unilever benefits
Location: 100VE
Business Context and Main Job Purpose:
The role of Assistant HR Business Partner supports the delivery of HR Strategy working closely with the HRBP's of the Global Finance team. The primary focus of this role will be data analytics and data management, as well as management of HR Information Systems. This role will consolidate key HR information for HRBPs (e.g. headcount data, people moves, diversity stats, etc.) and will provide data inputs into other HR processes (e.g. HR Planning, Organisation design and People forums). This all will be provided by reassuring high level of data accuracy, and will enable drawing insights and actions to drive better business decisions.
In addition this role will support International Assignees and employees in the function, by interfaces with HR services and Global mobility teams to ensure delivery of core HR services to the business.
Additional focus will be managing daily ad hoc transactional requests and operational support to HRBPs, and will involve working with line managers. While many key stakeholders are UK based, this role requires the ability to work across team and geographies, making this a global role in a matrix organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consider the bigger picture at all times by making connections and drawing conclusions about the impact of activities and issues on each other within their area of responsibility.
• HRIS champion – implement & utilize HR solutions with a robust understanding how the organisation works, both in terms of processes and organisation.
• Data accuracy management - Position management maintenance and data quality checks.
• Collect, collate and analyses metrics, data and feedback on the impact of the changes, and provides reports and insight on their progress. (e.g. T&O, People forums, HRP, FTEs)
• Manage IA processes across Global Finance groups.
• Ensure that talent data records are accurate and maintained, reflecting ongoing changes and appointments using Talent+
• Support the HR Business Partner in providing the data to build the implementation of initiatives to increase the efficiency of the organization.
• Understand and confidently use the tools and resources available e.g. Excel, MBI workbook
• Promote the use of MBI data over creating additional reports (i.e. turnover, retention, new hires)
• Run ad-hoc reporting and data analytics if these are not available in MBI.
• Assist and support HRBP and Line Manager with elements of recruitment (e.g. requesting correct position numbers).
• Support all managers and employees on ah-hoc queries.
• Take the lead in understanding the technology used in existing HR solutions and provides guidance and support to the HRBP team, line managers and employees on these tools.
• Bring in thinking on up to date HR practices to support creative solutions to current challenges
• Raise risks and opportunities with their manager that could impact the performance of the organisation

Skills & Experience required:
• Graduate Level
• Previous HR experience
• Experience in HR data reporting and analysis
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation preferred
