Main Job Purpose:
To deliver a competitive and sustainable business model in General Trade through SS, GRO, WS and HTS Channels. This business model will require a win win partnership with the Distributors, Stores/Customers through the conceptualization and execution of relevant business strategies.
Key roles & Responsibilities:
Operational:
· Implement the agreed RTM model for the required NIV and MS growth.
· Have a flawless execution and achieve Perfect Store Compliance.
· Deliver Numeric & Weighted distribution.
· Deliver the Maturity Profile targets taking the required corrective actions.
· Drive Gross Margin improvements.
· Land the agreed sub channel TMIs.
· Deliver FCS. Improve team capability by identifying the Skill Gaps of the team.
· Land agreed initiatives USLP in GT.
· Land & execute Brand, TCM, CatOps & CM for GT channel development initiatives.
· Improve Debtor days.
· Lead a tem of Sales Supervisor's and Executives who will handle on-ground sales and execution under GT Assistant Manager's leadership
· Strategize and cascade strategy and ensure execution and target achievements of full GT team

· Supply Chain Team - Warehouse / Logistics
· Sales team of other channels
· Support functions when necessary

Key Competencies & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree is a must.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience is a must.
· Must be physically in Oman.
· Must have a valid driver's license for Oman.
