Associate Finance Manager – UASCC Controls & Balance Sheet (m/w)

Job Summary

Fully North America dedicated and focused on Controlling of legal entities based in North America and responsible for control health of North America

segments of the Swiss based Unilever Americas Supply Chain Company. In addition, includes Forex controllership and custodian of UASCC accounting and financial P&L.

Challenges

· Exceptional control hygiene for North America Supply Chain including manufacturing and logistics based in USA & Canada as well as inventory and accounting controls based in Switzerland
· Maintain controls while they will be increasingly owned by shared services (ETS) as long-term controlling Agenda
· UASCC owner of the following processes managed by ETS organizations:
· Intercompany AP
· Intercompany AR
· GRNI - Materials
· UASCC Balance sheet health
· Canadian Dollar end-to-end Forex Analysis
· Hedge accounting for UASCC
· External Audit (FCA & SOX)
· FCA & SOX Audits

Key Requirements

· Prior Supply Chain experience
· Good knowledge of financial information Systems
· Advanced technical and analytical skills
· At least 1-year experience in Audit is preferred
· Accounting, ETS, and/or SC Finance experience
· Experience in North America and/or Latin America with Unilever
