Business Model :
Unilever works together with external Distributors to distribute Unilever products to small retailers in a traditional market
The distributor will buy a product from Unilever and the Distributor salesman will sell the product to small retailers. Distributor will get the Distributor Margin from the price difference between the distributor's purchase from Unilever and sell to retailers.
Job Description:
Business Partnering with Sales and Distributor Team to ensure:
- Distributors have healthy profitability (Distributor Profitability) by analyzing profitability loss tree, prepare plan improvement, and drive recommendations
- Distributors have regular payment based on its invoice due and not leaving overdue status every month closing (Debtor Management)
-Distributors have asset pledged as security for repayment of loan, in case of default situation (Business Collateral)
Role expectations:
- Day to day work with Unilever Sales team and external Distributor team
- Remotely work with Line Manager
What we are seeking for :
- Have experience in finance business partnering with educational background in accounting from reputable universities (with minimum GPA 3.0)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to work from our Sales Depo area
