Job Responsibilities:
1.BRANDVISION PLAN (BVP)
Supports the brand building manager in translation of the BVP into the BMP.
2.BRAND MARKETING PLAN
Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment by:
- Assisting in the online execution of the integrated activity schedule, ensuring consistent landing with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan
- Assisting for EC Ali marketing activation and channel supporting model exploration with strong channel-lead ownership & growth mindset, to take initiative and efficiently influence & co-work with x function for business delivery
- Accountable for the analysis of brand performance by portfolio by constant monitor & evaluation against measurable objectives (Score Card and Brand Quarterly Tracker), and identifies solutions and recommendations to improve based on performance monitoring. Reflects in monthly DP/S&OP cycle
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree above
2.At least 3 years relevant marketing experience , FMCG preferred
3. Solid Project Management experience.
4. Fluent in Written and Spoken English
5. Bias for action attitude; and strong growth mindset
