Job Title: Global Assistant Brand Development Manager, Cif
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

THE ROLE
The role is to support and lead a number of key global innovation and communication projects across creams, sprays and master brand digital communication, reporting directly to the Cif Cream platform leader. You will work directly with teams in our key markets, the global hubs and our brilliant R&D team to create beautiful mixes.
On a day-to-day basis, you will also work with a plethora of agencies and companies specialising in advertising, search, media digital content creation, design, social media and collaborating with start-ups. All with the ambition to drive the Cif brand purpose.
You will have much autonomy in driving projects and initiatives for the brand in order to develop and strengthen your leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and support global innovation and communication projects across creams and sprays with a focus on digital
· Lead and support the creation of new business models by working with DTC and collaborating with start up's.
· Lead and support the digital strategy, creation of content calendar and content production for Cif globally.
· Craft global BETs for key innovations across Sprays and Creams.
• Lead and support the global creams innovation funnel in terms of size and readiness
· Collaborate with marketing teams in global hubs and key direct dock countries to deliver 12Q plans
