Job Title: Assistant Brand Development Manager – Living Hygiene
Salary: Up to £36,000

Background:
Household Care is one of the fastest growing categories in Unilever in the last few years. A very dynamic organization with great learning opportunity and freedom to show your talent. But being a good brand developer will not be enough, a remarkable business acumen is also needed.
In this plays Living Hygiene, a brand whose purpose is to help mums provide safe havens for their children, and for which “protection from germs” is the key attribute. Living Hygiene portfolio covers large and small surface cleaners, but recently expanding also in adjacent segments in personal care. The brand operates today in Europe, RUB and Asia and it has the ambition of further expanding globally in the next few years.
We are looking for a talented ABM with strong mix development experience, proven success in working with large cross-functional global teams, and good business sense.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting the global BD manager in developing the brand innovation agenda, and in business partnership with the selected countries as per the Marketing Fit to Win structure. The specifics on the deliverables are as follows:
· Independently lead projects
· Manage project networks with cross functional teams
· Assist in the development of consumer insights working closely with CMI team, Partner Agencies and other functional teams
· Work with the BD manager on BET toolkits
· Track regularly business/competition performance, to suggest where issues/opportunities are
· Become a clear point of reference in the extended team to help meet projects agenda
Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
· Unilever Standards of Leadership: Bias for action, Accountability & Responsibility
· A solid foundation of experience within Marketing.
· Experience in HHC (Household Care) category is considered ideal, but not mandatory.
· Well-developed project management and IPM management skills
· Previous involvement in BET development
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen
· Ability to work with diverse and large groups of people across regions, face to face and also virtually
