BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & innovative marketer to work in a Global FMCG leader, strengthen your brand marketing experience as part of working directly with an international team.

This position is split between two key responsibility areas:

· As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in the development & growth plan for Unilever's greatest Personal Care brands, like BABA or GABI.
· As an Artwork Production Specialist, you will have the opportunity to experience our Home and Personal Care products' artwork process from the very beginning until the very end.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER:

· Manage and grow Unilever's icon brands through brand-driven activation and working closely in a cross functional team across the business.
· Achieve brand share and profitable growth targets through translation of brand & marketing plans into market-implementation and customer plans.
· Champion the consumer needs and brand passion within the overall business.
· Managing the execution of the brand marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, brand keys, and brand communication plan.
· Deliver market- and customer-knowledge driven input (analyses) into strategy and promotion planning.
· Build deep, holistic consumer understanding of the Brand/Category which will serve as the cornerstone of both the long-term strategy, and the yearly plans.
· Development of a share-growth-oriented marketing & category plan that seizes opportunities in product renovation, pricing strategy, competitor activities, customer/channel.
· Contribute to the development of financial plans and pricing strategy. Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets.
· The job will require constant liaison with cross functional teams across the business. Close interaction will take place with International Marketing Teams, Customer Development, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams as well as external creative agencies and suppliers. The candidate should be able to successfully influence and lead concerned stake holders for the achievement of overall objectives.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS ARTWORK PRODUCTION SPECIALIST:

· Manage and monitor artwork creation in line with the artwork process from the very beginning until the very end.
· Contribute to the development of artwork briefs, master texts and artworks for categories of Home and Personal Care.
· Initiate local promotional and local projects in the Artwork monitoring system (BLUE). Lead the approval process and secure on time in full delivery.
· Support product packshot creation and sharing.
· Build and nurture constructive relationships with both and regional teams, external agencies and suppliers.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

· The candidate should have at least 1-2 years' working experience, preferably in Marketing.
· It means advantage, if you have:
· knowledge of printing methodologies,
· earlier experience in producing Artworks either on agency or client side.
· College / University degree: MSc in Business Economics / Marketing is preferred.
· Native Hungarian, and excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal) is a must.
· Customer and Consumer Connectivity.
· Proven affinity and experience in project management.
· Skill in completing multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
· Substantial organizational and analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details.
· Excellent IT skills are required, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
