Job description

As a Sales and Culinary Executive at Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), you will be responsible for developing business relations with sales partners and representatives, executing marketing and sales strategies, and enhancing UFS product penetration. This role involves organizing cooking events and demos to promote Unilever brands and ensuring compliance with business principles codes. The Sales and Culinary Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

·  Plan and execute UFS marketing and sales strategies in the assigned area, including route planning, objective setting, cooking demonstration programs, and daily visits with specific targets.
·  Create, maintain, and develop a customer database to maximize coverage in the assigned area.
·  Coordinate the implementation of UFS national promotions, monitor and take necessary measures to achieve targets and KPIs.
·  Verify distributors' reports on sales out and stocks, ensuring accurate information.
·  Monitor stock situations in distributors' warehouses and UFS stock to prevent expiration risks.
·  Validate requests for local promotions, ensuring profitability and obtaining confirmation from Head Country Manager.
·  Develop relationships with key clients, providing support to key customer sales reps and maximizing sales.
·  Build and maintain professional relationships with active distributor teams in the assigned area.
·  Ensure fast and efficient implementation of tasks arising from decisions by the UFS management team.
·  Monitor competition activities and inform the Sales and Marketing department about new products and promotions.

Requirements:

·  Knowledge of the HoReCa market, with culinary/cooking skills as a significant advantage.
·  Team management experience.
·  University or Culinary Degree.
·  Background in sales and cooking.
·  Strong communication and presentation skills.
·  Valid driving license.
·  English language
