AIM Operation Support Manager

Job description
Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct and control total AIM budget plan
·
Analyze headcount to ensure the right number of PIBA are deployed in each channel and account to create field force efficiency
·
Quarterly review and analyze PIBA compensation vs market vs competitor
·
Provide sales performance database both sell in and off-take
·
Organize all Training & Meeting including Audit PIBA in field and Training HUB
·
Support and ensure successful implementation of special project and events in term of data information supports in all channels & categories
·
Ensure invoice payment process and incentive payment to be on-time
·
Support Field Execution team to lead in execution report both weekly and monthly monitoring.
·
Manage 3rd party to fill in field force team-PIBA as per timeline with fast speed to action.
Qualifications:
·
Bechalor or Master Degree in Business Administration
·
At least 2-3 years experience in FMCG business and 3rd party management skills
·
Excellence in Microsoft advance excel and power point presentation
·
Basic financial skill, accounting
·
Travelling UPC to audit agency-Hub and conduct monthly brief and training
·
Car license
