Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Customer Development (1 year contract)

Location: Malaysia

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The job holder is responsible for the overall administration of the Customer Development function especially on Internal Order (IO) (budget) creation. This will include facilitating field operational activities and supporting with events for Customer Development (CD) Department.

JOB SUMMARY

· 
To create IO on time which prepared by Modern Trade Sales Planner, Customer Strategy & Planning team.

· 
To monitor and update the Optimizing Promotional Sell Out (OPSO) Tracker on monthly basis.

· 
To ensure and monitoring the master data availability on Professional Promotion Management (PPM) system. This is including the promotion budget and data validity especially on account and Business Unit (BU) mapping for MT Sales Planner and Customer Strategy & Planning team.

· 
To ensure and coordinate on the IO approval status.

· 
To maintain and monitor on PPM system accounts for user creation or deletion, new user ID access.

· 
To ensure the IO number are updated on Chriso files by account.

· 
Responsible to assist the PPM champion in doing any checking or testing as per request.

· 
To prepare and update IO summary reports.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· 
Diploma or Degree equivalent from a reputable university.

· 
Good computer literacy especially in MS Office.

· 
An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

· 
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail.

· 
The candidate should also have experience working in managing budgets and expenses, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team.

· 
Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
