Star Factory Academy Leader

· The Star Factory Academy Leader will report to the Industrial Excellence & Star Factory Director and will work closely with Industrial experts and with Learning & Development experts.
· Your mission is to design and lead the Star Factory Academy, a program dedicated to ensure all our industrial employees are equipped with the right capabilities to position our sites as leaders of industrial practices.
· The Star Factory will consist of a continuous learning and development engine for all employees of Solvay that are active in all our industrial facilities around the world. It will cover all domains to provide a competitive edge incl. Technological and transformational content.

As Star Factory Academy Leader your key focus are responsibilities will be:
· Design and implement the strategic and operational plan of the Star Factory Academy
· Provide leadership, management, and monitoring of all aspects of the Academy by supporting delivery, defining and monitoring budget, driving communication, sharing deployment progress with stakeholders, evaluating program effectiveness and its continuous improvement.
· Identify and manage internal and external development partners to deliver on-time, in-budget solutions
· Foster broad employee engagement and qualitative development
· Engage with sites, vendors & key stakeholders to promote the academy
· Scan internally and externally to make the bar is high enough, what new skills are going to be needed and constantly building changing and growing
You will bring:
· Experience in program and project design and management
· Passion for long-term skill development, creating a capabilities pathway for our factories
· Demonstrated success as a people-centered manufacturing leader (preferred)
· Make it-happen behaviors
· Team coach for trainers & experts
· Demonstrated success designing and deploying a functional academy or corporate university (preferred)
· Familiarity with learning theory, workforce evaluation, instructional design, and modern learning technology
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to connect & influence employees at all levels of the organization
· Strong decision-making, organizational and prioritization skills
· Collaboration, Impact & Influence and facilitation skills
· Master's degree preferred
