We are looking for:

·  The position of Projects & Business Developer in Circular Economy is responsible for the deployment of key projects internally or externally for co-product, by-product and wastes. The aim is to protect the licenses to operate of our production sites globally, increase their competitiveness and save natural resources.

We count on you for:

·  The challenge is to offset CAPEX, development cost by valorizing co/by-products with a end user company.
·  Among his responsibilities, he/she needs to
· 
Deploy the 5Y Roadmap of the assigned project & current business lines

· 
Sales: Secure and contribute to improve current turnover of several M€/y and in particular:

· 
Understand customers needs and technical requirements/pricing.

· 
Be an entrepreneur: Propose solutions out of the box.

· 
Build case studies

· 
Develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts in several segments and improve best practices: cement manufacturing, fertilization, constructions, ceramics, raw material recovery,...

· 
Manage the resolution of customer complaints and issues being the Voice of the customer internally

·  Project Management
· 
Priorities, Dashboard tracking, Problem solving proposition, milestones, monitor costs, CAPEX & Resources

· 
Management of cross functional project team, assure alignment, motivation and delivering in line with the mandate given by local Steering committee.

·  Priority 1: Generation reduction, 2. Recycling, 3 . Go to market
·  Organization/Management : Improve way of working
· 
Bring awareness propose solutions and support industrial organization

· 
Go regularly to shop floor

·  More specifically for this position we are looking for someone to cover specificaly Italian customers on top of supporting the other global market

·  Background: Chemical engineer or business. Level of the responsibilities will depend on the experience of the candidate.

·  Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 20% of the time
·  Italian: fluent, negotiation with customers level. English: very good. Other languages are a plus.
·  Should be based at Rosignano in Tuscany (IT)
·  Knowledge in cement, construction or agriculture segment is a strong plus
