·  To lead our manufacturing operation with a focus on safety, quality, and laboratory excellence.

We count on you for:

·  Performance objectives: Delivering on safety, laboratory and plant performance metrics including on-time shipments, process control, reducing customer complaints, and improved systems compliance for safety, quality, food safety, and environmental performance.
·  Deliverables: Regularly report on plant performance including system updates and quality reporting.

It gives the candidate the opportunity to be recognized as the orchestrator of our Silica GBU and benefit from a large autonomy to define how we will reach our ambitions with respect to process standardization
·  Growth and learning opportunities

You will bring:

·  Education and experience – Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent; can be waived with 5-10 years of laboratory and/or Manufacturing Quality supervisory experience.
·  Technical skills – Strong analytical skills; Systems management (ISO 9001, RC 14001, FSSC 22000); PCQI Certification preferred
·  Desired behaviors – Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a diverse team and drive improvement.

You will get:

·  The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
