We are looking for:

·  A Function Controller (Solvay) in the Corporate Controlling Department.
·  You will be the finance partner for several Corporate Functions - ensuring finance management cycle together with data consistency, analysis and support to the team for all the finance areas. In parallel, you will be responsible for some transversal tasks for the Function Controlling team.

·  Strong business partnering with the operational and management teams.
·  Providing financial insights to support decisions within the organisation (financial studies, project business cases, cost optimisation…).
·  Leading the management cycle for your functions: perform the closing and reporting, leading and coordinating the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
·  Contributing to different Group projects impacting CBS perimeter.

You will bring:

·  Your Business School education with a major in finance, as well as your experience in a financial position (a minimum of 3 years of experience is required), resulting in a strong basis in controlling and accounting.
·  Your aptitude for collaboration, your achievement drive and proactivity.
·  Your analytical mindset coupled with rigor, reliability and autonomy.
·  Your strong customer orientation.
·  Your excellent knowledge of Excel & Google Suite tools, as well as SAP/BW.
·  Your proficiency in English (must-have), as well as your potential knowledge of French (nice-to-have but not obligatory).
