We are looking for:

An HR Reporting trainee for the Workforce Data Administration team within Global Business Services
We count on you for:
·
Use the following Reporting tools: BW Analysis, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors Reporting, Lookerstudio dashboarding
·
Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports on Workforce information: personal data, job information, employee’s employment historical data, …
·
Maintain and develop functional documentation for Reports & Dashboards
·
Contribute in projects around HR Reporting: deliver training sessions, refresh HR dashboard contents

You will bring:

Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or related areas
·
Fluent in English
·
Good user experience in Excel/Google Sheets
·
SAP BW and SAP Analytics Clouds are a plus
·
Good data analysis skills and attention to detail
·
User orientation mindset
